1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DadRental, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.


2. What DadRental Is

DadRental is a connection platform that links customers with independent local service providers ("Certified Dads"). DadRental is not a party to any agreement between customers and Dads, does not employ Dads, and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any services performed.


3. For Customers

  • Customers use DadRental to find and contact local service providers.
  • All pricing, scheduling, and payment for services is agreed upon directly between the customer and the Dad.
  • DadRental does not process payments for services rendered — only for Dad memberships.
  • Customers are responsible for verifying that any Dad they hire has the necessary licenses or insurance for specialized work.

4. For Certified Dads

  • Dads are independent contractors, not employees of DadRental.
  • A monthly membership fee of $4.99 is charged after a 30-day free trial. You may cancel anytime.
  • Dads are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.
  • DadRental reserves the right to remove any Dad profile that violates these terms.
  • Dads must provide accurate information in their profiles.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use DadRental to post false information, harass other users, solicit fraudulent payments, or violate any applicable laws.


6. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on actual interactions. DadRental reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines.


7. Payments and Refunds

Membership fees are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard. Refunds are not provided except at our sole discretion.


8. Limitation of Liability

DadRental is not liable for any damages arising from interactions between customers and Dads. Use the platform at your own risk.


9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of DadRental after changes constitutes acceptance.
